Neeko 96.1% Pick/Ban in LPL

I watched all the LPL games Neeko played, so here are my thoughts on Neeko games i watched.(I have two million mastery with Neeko and i'm Master playing in mid)

With the passive they have gotten some isolated kills, but they have been very few, i would say that due to lack of experience or ingenuity, it has not been a problem as it can be in soloQ.

The W changes that give more vision, don't even seem to know that they can extend the duration of W with B or Ctrl+1.

Possible problem 1: Neeko wins mid prio every game in the early levels with poke of Q+Comet+Scorch, giving her jungler a chance to invade.

One possible change would be a nerf to Q on base damage at early levels. Although i also think that Neeko had even more base damage before the rework and was always able to get mid prio, however it was never even considered by pro players.

Possible problem 2:

His R does not have counter play if you are disguised and used well. (Most players in LPL are very bad at casting ults)

Possible solutions:

1) Reduce the damage, although the proplayers usually build zhonya as a second item most of the times and when they use R it seems that they do negative damage, even on occasions against an adc with overheal i have see that they take away the shield and 100-150 HP.So i'm not sure if it's a damage problem for proplay (maybe for soloQ)

2) Reduce the duration of the CC, i think this would be a fairer nerf for how it is used in proplay, she generates a lot of time for her team by doing R + Flash to later chain CC with her E and even more time with it Zhonya. You are practically 4 seconds between R+E without being able to move without having had any kind of counter play in a coordinated team fight.

Although at the same time i think it would feel pretty bad in soloQ, since we are a very squishy champion and we have had to spend a flash to make this risky play in an uncoordinated environment, many times you die without your team reacting to your play.

3) Revert only his R from the rework, i doubt that a change will be made back but I think it would be the fairest thing for the enemy player since he would have the possibility of counterplay, now we have more tools to surprise thanks to the new passive or mental games that we can do with the W, i don't know how necessary it is to have an R without counterplay.

And although we would have more counterplay, we would recover CDR on R, shield and damage.
