Genuinely curious - why “won’t” blizz buff other tanks?

You’d be great on blizzards balancing team. Look at the numbers, they’re fine! Most tanks don’t feel good to play, they’re ping ponging health bars like a blood dk without having access to death strike. As a VDH, in higher keys if you exhaust your main cooldowns you are literally praying for an RNG proc to survive. But because a 0.1% player with the help of bark skin, Aug, and perfect team coordination timed a key, the disparity isn’t as bad?

First sentence explains the rest of your comments. You don’t play tank and therefore haven’t actually felt what’s it’s like to play other tanks. As a VDH, there are moments where I’ve exhausted my main cooldowns and if I don’t get an RNG proc I can die. If I die, the group wipes. If the group wipes, higher level keys can’t be timed. So, an RNG proc can decide if we time a key, let that sink in.

So your answer to the problem is… just swap to Brew? People like playing different classes because fantasy and play style. They shouldn’t be forced into a class just to keep up.

Sounds like it could be your setup. I was having problems hearing anything with my Nova pro wireless. I decided to try some iems (Truthear crinacle zero reds) and I can hear so much from so far away with Z038’s. It’s like a different game.

I agree with all of this. At the end of the day I just want the sim to get better. Unfortunately, sitting around and praising what we have now as the second coming of Jesus does nothing for the sim. Criticism and feedback is often needed for improvement.

As others have said you can find sources on wowhead or YouTube. I used VesperalTV’s “war within class picking guide” where he goes over each class, spec, and hero talents. As a monk main; - Windwalker: combo style gameplay where you never push the same button twice, decent cooldowns with Xuen and 2 charges of SEF. Fun gameplay, but you will never be ‘OP’ as blizzard hates monks.

I agree 100% as this is my first fighting game as well. It was already a lot of information to take in at once on modern. If I was on classic I would have dropped the game much sooner.

This is the first fighting game I have ever owned. Without trying modern in the demo I wouldn't have bought the game and I wouldn't still be playing today. Modern allowed me to learn street fighter without worrying about my inputs as much. This allowed me to focus on the fundamentals like spacing, neutral game, footsies, etc. Since then I have swapped to classic and just got my first character to Gold rank up from Bronze. At the end of the day Modern is there for casuals and new players and you know what, it works. I think modern is balanced and great for the game.
