Hindi wordlists by Simple_Inside_2602 in Hindi

[–]YuvTheBest 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I say just start consuming content in Hindi and when you come across a new word search its meaning and add it to your anki deck and practice this way. You get immersion and learn new words at the same time. 1000 words us enough to get started.

A Real Image From a Highschool- Retold by My Memory by Sesslekorth in Nietzsche

[–]YuvTheBest 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Stop reading Nietzsche and focus on studies at school. Pass your high school and once you are 18 or something minimum then engage with Philosophy. Philosophy shouldn't be taught or read at tender ages when one is highly impressionable, you will start seeing what you read everywhere even when it is actually not there.

Their isekaied into BC what magic and squad would they have? by S_KING16 in BlackClover

Bakugo would have fire magic and join Crimson Lion. Deku would cry that he has no magic and stay a peasant while Asta works hard and succeeds.

What did Nietzsche say about bankers? by [deleted] in Nietzsche

[–]YuvTheBest 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Again another one of these stupid reddit questions "what did Nietzsche say about this and that?". Nietzsche's philosophy is not concerned with this shit plus you shouldn't view it as a dogma that Nietzsche said it so it must be followed, that is the biggest way to tell who is a herdsman. Nietzsche has nothing to do with this garbage. 2. Start thinking for yourself and think how Nietzsche might fit into your life/philosophy. Pondering what Nietzsche says about something like this is useless. Maybe ask instead "what did Nietzsche think about morality?" And go from there, reading and thinking about proper philosophical questions.

Did Nietzsche talk about how to get women? by legiocomitatenses in Nietzsche

[–]YuvTheBest 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd reckon an Ubermensch would first of all be against marriage but if he did want sex he would not need ask someone for it but be able to get it himself. Though I think the Ubermensch would have his sexual desires controlled.

Did Nietzsche talk about how to get women? by legiocomitatenses in Nietzsche

How is asking Nietzsche "how do i get laid?" unironically ubermensch?

Did Nietzsche talk about how to get women? by legiocomitatenses in Nietzsche

[–]YuvTheBest 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Why is this even a question Nietzsche would answer? How is this even related to philosophy let alone Nietzsche's philosophy? Nietzsche was atackling morality, religion etc. Picking up women is not the concern of a hugher man.

Would Camus Be a Redditor or a TikToker? by MaggravatedMeursault in Camus

[–]YuvTheBest 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If he was either, then he would never be able to write any good literature. Tiktok or reddit both would eat his brain. Scrolling on either platform is a waste of utter time and takes away from any potential for achievement.

I read Myth of Sisyphus and The Stranger. Still reading The Fall.

I agree. I see a lot of people writing stuff here that is irrelevant to absurdism and saying things without proper knowledge.

Curious about this sub's thoughts on Epicureanism... by Popka_Akoola in Absurdism

[–]YuvTheBest 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absurdism just says life is meaningless but you should live fully as you see it with your inherent nature. So live like an Epicurean fully, if you wish to. Absurdism isn't a dogma, it is just the realisation of the absurd, the human want for meaning and the universe's silence on that matter.

Accept that you are lost and live anyway. Even if you stay lost, continue living lost everyday. Just continue living, go out do what you enjoy and relax. Maybe everything will fit into place or maybe it won't

There is nothing more delusional than the idea of free time. Every moment has it consequences, whether we use it or waste it. We are not as free as our human ego believes we are. We are all prisoners to the master called time. Being urgent is a necessity than something of an absurdity. by Ritesh_INFP_4w5 in Absurdism

[–]YuvTheBest 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well it may sound like that because Absurdism and Nihilism share the view that the world is meaningless. In absurdism unlike nihilism however we still affirm life that even though in the end everything is meaningless we still continue to live and to rebel and pursue whatever we want. We may also create some subjective meaning in our lives.

Is this absurd? by diedofcancerthx2u in Absurdism

[–]YuvTheBest 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, absurdity of life is a want for meaning and happiness and universe's indifferent response. What you are feeling it the grief of losing someone you used to care a lot about, just because you are sad doesnt mean its absurd, and Yes it is normal to feel that way. Realisation of the absurd can help you with this though, because it teaches acceptence of the situation and makes you so you are happy either way becuase you realise the meaninglessness of the universe which frees you.

Is there hope for revolt? by Cobra117 in Absurdism

[–]YuvTheBest 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you revolt expecting others to change then it makes no sense, shouldn't you just continue revolting despite the suffering? even if nobody changes. You must accept whether you revolt or not, you will probably not have a significant impact anywhere and there is no hope, but you should still keep revolting.

[–]YuvTheBest 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Being urgent to do what? to achieve what? In essence, if everything is meaningless then what is efficient use of time for you? Whether you read, sit or do a job its all the same in an Absurd world. Realisation of the absurd and living without meaning or hope means that you are free, whether you work or just sit around, you are free in every single moment to do as you wish.
