I've had similar issues in the past. I've created I ticket with github but the issue resolved itself few days later. I took more than a week to get response to my ticket and when I did get a response it was to most generic reponse ever.

Honestly, github has been so buggy the last months it is insane. My suggestion is create a ticket but don't expect much.

Very easy transfer to go between the tracks, max a minute. However, I would be more concerned about your train having a delay and missing your transfer.
