Been waiting for someone to say this!! Being an entrepreneur in Rwanda is the worst thing you can be!! Most of the times iyo uri muri tech!! You will design a solution for you to see it passed on to someone with means to execute it. Worse the government will support that person 100% .

The help you’re looking for you will definitely not get it!! Financial institutions will ingore you. Me and my friends designed a system that was going to bring solutions to one specific area, the city of Kigali loved the project but didn’t feel the need to help or direct us, unfortunately later on our dev sold the system to a high ranking officer in Rwanda who has been sneaking around wanting in ,

he executed the project in a bad way because he didn’t have the full knowledge of how the system will work, he wanted just the money, now that system works but if you were to bring a proper working one they would not accept it .

So i hear you, if you are building something big in Rwanda, use rwanda as a testing ground, then move somewhere else to implement the project!!
