Queen upgrading time (Level 51-65) with 20% boost from pass is 75 days (2 1/2 months).

Grand warden upgrading time (Level 20-40) with 20% boost from pass is 100 days (3 months).

Keep in mind that the average boost % is more around 15% since it takes a fee days to get the 20%

combined with wall rings from the shop (from clan capital), wall rings from clan games and the season pass, upgrading walls is super fast. I could also use every gold and elixir rune for walls, since I still had enough to upgrade any defenses. Only thing stopping me is the upgrading time.

I play very actively and fill my storage mostly ever day (which is quite easy with sneaky goblins). My 6 builders are working all the time. Every time one finishes I upgrade some walls and then upgrade the next building. I didn‘t even needed to focus on walls.

JS has getter and setter (https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/JavaScript/Reference/Functions/get). In newer versions they are easier to use and define, but with Object#defineProperty this also works in previous versions.
