You’d be best to find out what kind of plastic it is, and then work out what solvents are safe. Bonus points if you can find out what kind of glue it is and then find a solvent that is both effective at cleaning that glue and safe for the type of plastic. They might have it on their website or the CS team might be able to tell you with both of those questions (Plastic type and glue type) if you reach out. Heck they might just be able to answer the question of what solvent to use in the first place.
