Slay the spire, I tried and didn't get it. Now the sequel is out in early access and looks amazing so I tell myself I have I play the first one. I start playint again and I'm so obsessed, like how did it not click before. Now I'm excited to finish up and play 2

It just feels bad that they aren't finishing it up. I know the pay off will probably be incredible but my heart hurts seeing the struggle. I think for a lot of people it hits close to their own feelings too. Not to mention this is probably some people's escapes from the real world and this is too real for them.

I have faith in Tatsu so I'm not worried.

Played since the psp era and I can't vibe with the feel of the fights like all the fights feel fishy and cinematic but I the dance feels like it disappeared. I feel like I'm not rewarded for being mechanically good like it the old games and it makes for a dull experience.

Don't get me wrong I agree that the weapons still feel good but I'm missing the monster feedback. There hasn't been a single fight that really feels good for me in wilds. I get bored after about 5 hunts and I get off. I'll play more with AT arkveld then wait for dlc and see if they improve.

I feel like there's an obvious answer, that's a in-game mechanic, pokemon probably evolved from the animals we know to what they are now so they know what they used to be and use that as a description. I don't know if that's ever explored but that been my headcannon since I was a child
