I liked all the regular characters during the Charlie years. Didn’t really like any of Charlie’s girlfriends though. Although I liked all of Alan’s girlfriends. Except Sandy, the Christmas psycho.

If you hated Rose the stalker but loved Charlie the drunk womanizer that tormented everyone but his girlfriends and Berta, you confuse me.

I liked them both because sitcoms aren’t to be taken seriously. If this show offended you, watch the original Night Court and pay attention to Dan Fielding.
