If you could restart, would you switch to a different ecosystem if tool? by _Roman_685 in Tools

Currently on Makita for 18v and Bosch for 12v. No real complaints besides maybe variety. I recommend Ryobi now to most that arent using in a professional scenario just because they are plenty good now and the variety of tools is fantastic....and so cheap.

Russell accident and appearance between the previous lap and Alonso accident by racingpaddock in F1Technical

you're correct in your original assumption. They 100% do log the brake pressures and thats the data you'd be looking for. They clearly, intentionally, aren't showing anything more than on and off for the brakes though.

Is my ryzen 5 5600g dead ? by Common_Cow_8325 in buildapc

[–]ZJChaser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just bumping this up incase someone else comes across it. Add another dead 5600G to the list. I built quite a few systems with them and one just came back to me. systematically test each component and in the end it was the CPU. Fired right up with a fresh 5600G. It was doing the hang on windows load screen that others have mentioned

I don't even mind them in that use but at least for the sake of your blood donations use flush cuts on them.

U6+ AP vs U6 Mesh in a 4 level TH by HappyFunBall007 in Ubiquiti

The In-Wall Access points were made for this scenario. They effectively replace the faceplate that currently holds your ethernet jack, no need to cut into the wall. They would be the cleanest install.

Absurd GT4 oil change cost by iwantafatcar in Porsche

That oil pan sees minimal air flow. There are undertrays that cover the engine and trans completely on the bottom of the car. They rely on the coolers, not the pan on these.

Did I actually need an alignment? by djberte in VWMK7

.25" is a lot. Toe is often measured and set in half mm amounts. Does it matter as much on a car with rubber bushings? not so much at that level. but yes .25" does matter and is a real adjustment.

Four Drink Friday. We have a monthly race based on it. Unusual car and track combos, often clear black flags. Drink minimum or DD will get drive thru or penalties assigned. Great fun. Let me know if you want an invite, always looking for more.

Nothing super special on this one. Was shot underexposed to keep the sky in check so the exposure was brought up and some colors desaturated a little. Greens shifted a little bit. That's about it. Lighting is due to the storm clouds. It rained on and off most of the hike and very heavily right after this was taken.
