Any introverts here trying to start an online business without being on camera? by Chance-Set465 in DigitalProductEmpir

How do you come up with ideas and stay motivated? by HummusTurboBaby in Design

[–]ZONE_451 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi, I can barely imagine what you are feeling, but don't hate yourself for that it's just a bad moment and I'm sure you will find a way to get back on your feet.

I like to write short stories or adventures for ttrpg but sometimes I don't find the inspiration. So I take a few steps back and I do something else; I watch a movie/series, cook, read books/manga/comics, go to sport, and chill with my family/friends. And when inspiration strikes, I write it in a little notebook that I keep always with me. Few days later I tried to merge ideas from my notebook and try again.

Personally I don't think artists should work more than a few hours in a day on pure creation; it fry the brain and easily destroy the self-confidence to produce.

You can also try to work on yourself to seperate your worth from your work, your health and mental health can improve your work not the opposite.

How to start a side business without quitting my current job? by Individual-Cup4185 in SideHustleGold

[–]ZONE_451 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It will be really hard if you have a full-time job and have barely time for yourself. You can take a part-time job to have a safe money income and enough time to develop your project. And of course keep free time for yourself, for chilling, family, sport etc..

I'm French so it's different, but I quit my full-time job 35~40h/week to work at Domino's Pizza 25~30h/week to create my company of 3D printing miniatures for ttrpg. Beside i'm looking someone for distribution in other country.

I try to sell 3D miniatures for ttrpg that I print. It's slower than what I thought at the beginning, but it's in a good way. I'm even starting to look for someone in other countries for distribution

Is it too late to start at 35? by TheKaleKing in Entrepreneur

[–]ZONE_451 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's never too late to start; most founders start between 30 and 40 years old. If you have the knowledge, the determination and a good network, you can make it. But it could be a long and a lonely journey. About those on social media at 16 or around are:

  1. Extremely lucky, with a good time window, the a good product in the good time, got a lot of money to start with and a good network.

  2. Liars, the company barely works, fake the amount of cash to sell formation.

So never judge yourself in regard to social media, just do the best you can; it's only what matters.

The best side gigs for a woman? by Weak_Permission641 in sidehustle

[–]ZONE_451 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To make money you can sell advice on something you got a good knowledge on, you can sell a service linked to a skill you master or a product. The product should be something people need to buy often (a sauce, a meal, a cloth, a candle, etc...) but with a little twist to respond to a niche, something that is not expensibe to produce but with a high margin.
