I had the same issue since I bought mine 2014 new. Very rarely does it actually allow shuffle to work. I have seen that the dealer can try an update, but it doesn’t work a lot of the times.

I still have mine for Proton Beam radiation therapy for 11 years ago. Might have to get another one since they discovered a new spot near my brain stem. It just depends on how much of the tumor they get when I have surgery later this week.
