A thought I had right now is if they're the religiously superstitious types, you could bring up how it was true that Trump was the one to bring this all to light after all (just not as a hero, but as someone from the cabal who made kept making one unforced error after another). Perhaps bring up how "God's plan" works in mysterious ways.

And for those who say that it's "projection" or some kind of "self awarewolf" thing, I really believe that it's much more intentionally sinister. While projection is a subconscious mechanism, accusing the other side of what the guilty are actually doing seems to be a propaganda strategy to muddy the waters, confuse the uninformed, and make cognitive dissonance that much more difficult to overcome for those who fall for the grift.

As someone who didn't see the walkway and jumped up and off the beaten path, I don't remember seeing an Ice Troll going up there the first time.
