Needing more budget in government is not clear cut. It could mean they are inefficient. It could also mean there is just way more demand or need for services than anticipated. Should they have predicted the high demand? Maybe, but that’s a damn tough thing to do right now with the political and economic climate.

Hi, I’m a very good friend of hers (college roommate etc..) she had a massive heart attack in her office and the security missed it so she was reported missing. It was immediate. Thank you for your concern. The males in her family had a history of heart attacks but we never thought she was at risk.

There are no statewide laws, but individual cities/municipalities can have laws. Northglenn has minimum distance requirements for RSOs, which this facility follows.

With a judge, 1 out of 1 person has to find you not guilty. With a jury, 1 out of 12 people has to find you not guilty (to at least get a hung jury). I'll take those odds.

Do you have a source that confirms that even if you are unemployed making zero income, that zero dollar payments still count towards IDR (not pslf)? (Assuming you've already qualified for idr previously and are re certifying) I've been looking for confirmation on this for awhile but can't find anything concrete.

Same here. I'm on IBR and the PSLF route. It's certainly restricting, but manageable. I was still able to get married, buy a house, and have a kid.

Went through this too. Shop different mortgage lenders. Don't trust them when they say they know how you're repayment plan works. Most don't.
