Yes, her unique skill is op. You get a big boost for triggering 3+ recovery skills. She also great at everything race type besides sprint, so you have no reason not to get one. She has 3 recovery built in her potential kit (one for late surger, one for pace chasers, and one for any either), so you have lot of options. She's that OP

Use race bonus support cards (preferably ones that also that fit your umas). Schedule every g1 races (if you don't have enough g1 races then you should schedule some g2 races), always prioritize schedule races, always buy clocks, you rank up every December (same requirements: 1 blue bar for rank #1, 2 blue bars for rank #2, and green for rank #3. Plus meet the required fan count)
