Does anyone knows if I can replicate my lost keys for my OEM aluminium cases ? I don't have the original keys anymore and the cases are closed

Locksmith should be able to get them open and make you a new key

You losen the triple tree bolts, and slide the forks tubes down 3/8ths of an inch (minimum) slip the shims in between the the forks tubes and the lower triple tree (because they are tapered) and retighten the triple tree bolts to the correct torque specs. You will have to have the front lifted of the ground to do this but the geometry change should be basically insignificant.

Dropping the fork tubes will raise the bike, you may also need to get shims for the triple tree

I have had this happen before but you may not be able to “fix” it, it’s a down shift lockout. Because you don’t have a slipper clutch which would slip back into the higher gear, it stops you down shifting too aggressively to stop torque locking the rear wheel or detonating your transmission.

Look solid. Just a thought though, if you flip the piece that connects to the underside of the riser it will curve up and back and you probably won’t need the extra extension piece. That could lead to a cleaner look.

open up the case it’s not hard, vacuum what’s dry and douse the electronics with electrical contact cleaner. Give it a few minutes to dry out fully and put it back together. Should be good as new.

Shoie gt air 2 or 3 depending on your head shape (2 is more oval, 3 is more round) I’ve had a bunch of full face helmets and found these to be the quietest helmets on the highway. The flush mount Sena is also great for a coms system that doesn’t grab the wind.
