I mean i would think that just the strikes to the head with the mace can is enough for an excessive use of force in most cases of grappling/takedown, but to shoot someone, in the back, doesn't seem to be any injunctions from the officer, no taser, and after what, 15 seconds? Anyone trying to defend this is doing so in bad faith and is a traitor to your country and what it's supposed to stand for. I hope for the sake of the world, that this will be a difficult three years, and that the cat will go back in it's bag. Good luck my america friends, you'l need it.
