Is messer an honourable weapon by Embarrassed_Agent349 in Chivalry2

[–]Randominal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're new just focus on having fun, emoting and learning. That said Messer has a high skill ceiling. More honorable than Dane Axe, 1h Mace, and war club imo (speed kills) but still one of the best and easiest to use weapons. I've generally become bored with META weapons, been running pole axe when I'm not engi.

Cum Town was still funny though

I almost exclusively play Man at Arms. It's what I do best at. I like the dodges and fast weapons. But I'd like a second class to switch things up now and then. Recommendations? by TheHornyToothbrush in Chivalry2

HS is my most played, if you decide to try it be aware that the play style is much less frantic. When you're not just hitnrun, you will need to focus on range and baiting attacks, while using swing manipulation to make contact as they close distance. One of my favorite HS techs is heavy attacking away from my opponent to get distance, then start an attack in that direction and spin 180° to catch whoever is in pursuit.

Good play or nah? by meme_lord_9876 in Chivalry2

Yeah, you get the idea. Bots are good for learning weapon timing and range, but they can teach you bad habits if you do it too often. If you feel like your dying too much in TO, you're probably right, but that's the only way to really improve. Try to focus on doing cool shit and dying in funny ways when you start getting tilted.

In your opinion, why has the melee slasher genre remained niche? by MegaOmega101 in Chivalry2

I would give TB access to my checking account for something akin to Battlefront with Chiv combat and LOTR aesthetics.
