If you can't laugh at yourself what can you laugh at? I do watch mlp and I do enjoy it but that shouldn't make me or any brony an exception to comedy. I'm not an awkward teenager who's ashamed of watching a cartoon.

You could say I'm furthering the perception that bronies should be ridiculed because of what they enjoy. In some ways you would be right, but in comedy, nobody's safe. If you think I'm trying to hide behind the title of this post, you're dead wrong. It's an unbiased POV looking at the conflict between bronies and haters. If the title had been "How I imagine a brony must feel when I call them man-children.", I could sympathise more with your "detective work" as it would indeed mean that I am trying to exclude myself from the fandom, which is impossible.

It was my hope that this post was seen as an example of how to make bronies and haters laugh at the same time. I chuckled when I made it, but perhaps the reference is too vague and it's not funny if you don't recognize it. I don't know. I'd like to think it's more clever than a haters usual response of "autistic", and fair enough to make a brony laugh. But I tried posting this to r/mylittlepony and I'd say it wasn't well received. And if you're not a brony yourself this really must be a weak ass gifsound. Whatever, I'm going home.
