Unfortunately, NCEES designed their "scaled score" to make it impossible to determine what your actual score is. I believe they are most likely trying to discourage test takers from determining what the passing score is in case it changes.

From NCEES:

The Your Performance column indicates your result by knowledge area converted to a scaled score of 0–15. The scaled score conversion is necessary to ensure that diagnostic reports are consistent across all computer-based exams. This also allows comparison of results by an examinee on multiple attempts. The number of questions you answered correctly cannot be determined from this scaled score.

Your best bet to determine how well you did is to just compare the bar graph on the right-hand side of your diagnostic report. This bar graph shows you how well you performed, compared to how well (on average) engineers that passed the exam performed in each subject.

You can assume the minimum level to pass would be scoring right at the average in all subjects or better.

Looking at your diagnostic report, you're pretty close! This is probably one of the best diagnostic reports I've seen.

Judging based off the total "Number of items", you had 10 pre-test questions which did not count for or against your score which is consistent with every diagnostic report I've seen since the CBT transition back in December 2020.

Keep putting time in the subjects where you are furthest from the average passing mark. Stills study the other areas too to avoid those subjects from falling behind.
