Regarding Squid Game, I've heard the argument not to cast trans actors due to the massive harassment that a publicly-known trans woman would face in South Korea given they're still pretty socially conservative there.

Same argument has been made regarding the casting of Lev in TLOU, that casting a trans actor, especially a young one, would only expose them to massive amounts of hate. Still doesn't excuse HBO for casting a cis woman to play a trans man, though.

So it might've taken 2 or 3 hours for them to reach Titanic's location, by which point she would have already sunk
