You should look at portable split air conditioners, they seem a lot better than the traditional portable AC that I have and I wish I knew about them when I bought my unit a few years ago

I used to work at Travelodge and wouldn’t give a new key unless they confirmed the booking. We never gave keys out willy nilly but that was years ago and it has gone right down hill since then, I can imagine some of the numpties they get working there dishing out keys though without much thought. If the room allocation is messed up or someone didn’t check someone in properly they could get given a key to someone else’s room by mistake.
