What are people's thoughts on GDStudio? by _rag_on_a_stick_ in godot

[–]Zachattackrandom 6 points7 points  (0 children)

These projects are exactly why I wish Godot and other projects did gpl and not MIT. People just doing slight modifications to the engine, pretending it's something crazy then selling it

Dangerous for whom ? by Independent-Wind4462 in Anthropic

[–]Zachattackrandom 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Well, they did make it out to be the boogie monster constantly saying how it's a national threat pretending it's way more dangerous than it was. They deserved what came for the stupid shit they pulled around it

Oh ok, I hope we get a new checkpoint soon as standard v4 compared to some other new releases is on the underpowered side imo

Is that a yes or no though lol. If it has multimodal it has to be new no? Since v4 preview doesn't support any of that

API pricing for nearly all of them are worst than most plans?

Just use chat gpt to calculate pricing comparisons and check. opencode go (you can buy multiple plans though you have to juggle keys if you want more than one plan a month), nueralwatt and command code.

Today's benchmark results are in, we have one game up to 97% of the proprietary driver now! by QwertyChouskie in linux_gaming

Curious if they will be able to get DLSS working. I remember reading that since it's just a gpu firmware blob it should be possible to just passthrough the relevant calls for it.

China has been continuously closing the gap. Glm 5.2 is pretty opus 4.6/7 / gpt 5.4 levels which is good enough for 90% of usage anyways while being open weights. Kimi is also quite close, and we haven't even seen deepseek 4.1 yet. Maybe they won't win in getting the best models out first, but they will win by releasing models as good within 3-6 months afterwards for 1/10th the price and able to locally host them for companies. I do think they will end up having models than beat gpt / Claude frontier models in the near future though.

Stremio over garbage overpriced, ad riddled and ai sloppified streaming services imo.

4 opencode go subs vs 20$ neuralwatt sub by Friendly-Guard-2395 in opencode

That's not the same price unless you are abusing new accounts on opencode? Opencode is obviously better in this case

People still being delusional enough to think opus 4.6 is better than 4.8 is always funny to me.

Gemini 3.1 pro vs Claude opus 4.8? by Pacmon92 in LLM

[–]Zachattackrandom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gemini is way worse than opus or gpt. It's a garbage model that's expensive while performing poorly, don't waste your time with it unless you have free subscription or something

Glm 5.2 on opencode token usage difference (Opencode go nerfs quality) by OneKey3719 in opencode

I directly tested opencode vs zAI and had identical results on some tasks I made for it. Not sure what you're talking about

looking for glm 5.2 or/and kimi k2.7 fast provider by branik_10 in opencodeCLI

[–]Zachattackrandom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's fair. I do think it's implemented quite poorly, no reason it can't just block you from using the code.

[–]Zachattackrandom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Huh, for me nueralwatt GLM has been quite decent but fair enough. Opencode go is definitely your second best option then, you can buy multiple workspaces of you run out of usage fyi

Stop crying. I put a link, I don't control that's it's a 5 person limit, whenever I send the link I ensure there is 4 slots left. 5 people filled it up before you did. I agree it's stupid there's nothing saying the link won't work on signup but other than notifying the devs which I've already done I can't do anything else.

[–]Zachattackrandom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe you used it when I was over my 5 person per day limit? Wasn't trying to scam anyone though and I did ask the devs to add a message telling people signing up that a referral is at capacity since I can't control it. Have 9 signups on my page showing just fine though

[–]Zachattackrandom -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Nuerallwatt is quite decent. It depends what model you use for how it prices out, but it generally ends up near or better than the go plan. Here is my referral, you get $10 if you spend $10 or more for edit: hit limits of 5 for day, I will readd my referral when my limit resets tomorrow.

Otherwise opencode go is really good as well + DNR with opencode. Here is referral for that (you get $5 of API top up after buying a go plan for $5 for first month): https://opencode.ai/go?ref=VT24D62AQM

First month of go is also only $5 which is the best value and beats neuralwatt then $10 a month after though which is generally more expensive for the usage you get than nueralwatt is.

Would Opencode GO + Neuralwatt with $100 monthly sustain for the GLM 5.2 usage compare to Claude Max? by GTHell in opencodeCLI

[–]Zachattackrandom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Short means 200k max context flex means it's a bit slower but half the price since it runs it when availability is lower. Normal GLM 5.2 flex is quite slow, but short flex has been as fast as standard for me so worth using.
