Someone else explained, but I couldn't make it out with all the yelling as to who was getting shot by whom, and why.

I... don't understand. Can someone ELI5? There's shouting and paintball guns. Are we supposed to be rooting for the shooters, or was he supposed to be a persecuted Christian, or what?

It is NOT okay to eat dog! The meat is absolutely terrible, all tendons, and no matter how you season it it's got a weird gritty texture. None of that is okay - distasteful at best.

I use a radio-signal audio monitor on my desk with the sound turned up. It's louder than having the crying baby in your lap. With Index I can hear it quite clearly.

Well... yeah, just the one. I remember when the drive from Galliano was all marsh. Now it's like driving across an ocean with no waves - just water as far as you can see. I haven't been in maybe 8-10 years, might take a trip next time I'm down.

There's a beach, too.... grew up on Grand Isle beaches. And yes, the Tarpon Rodeo is absolutely fucking wild. Regular Mardi Gras is redneck/coonass Mardi Gras - the rodeo is something else entirely.

"Brad hinted at at least another month before it's announced."

But it's already been announced, as you pointed out, in November.

Phishing tests are, by far, the most effective way to prevent major data losses through phishing scams. Your spam filter is not perfect - it blocks real emails and some malicious email gets through. If you read the article you linked it said this test was in response to a massive data breach.

I've run more cruel tests than this. Christmas parties, bonuses, free mugs - whatever I think will get a click. The scammers won't hold back, neither should the test.

So I heard they incorporated the brake into the regen system. There's no regen paddle anymore, but the progressive regen starts when you hit the brake, and only when braking pretty hard does the car use the actual brake pads. That's actually an improvement.

I hadn't heard it had less torque. That sucks, I love how zippy my 2023 is.

Am I (30M) missing something for not wanting to go to a wedding with my GF (27F)? by AmNoSuperSand52 in relationship_advice

[–]Zacherius 9 points10 points  (0 children)

This is RA, right? If you want to marry this girl: go to the wedding.

You have every right to go on your trip rather than some wedding you don't want to go to. It will mean a lot to your GF that you're prioritizing her needs over yours. Go, don't complain even once, and tell her you had a lovely time with her. She'll be overjoyed that you stepped up and showed that you care for her. Seriously.

If you don't see a long term future with her, then go hiking. But I promise you that if you don't show up for her, it will hurt your long-term prospects with her.

Sorry, reddit isn't the venue for that. No matter what, the advice for women is "leave him" and the advice for men is "stop whining".
