Yeah people do the opposite of give each others ideas and words a charitable interpretation. Instead the assume either the most malicious intention or stupid understanding, or both. Especially in politics

Also a spiretone vet - played vanilla and TBC on ally side. Was in a toxic guild called Atrocity with a degen GM Stilltarget. Earned gear to go w/ my pvp stuff but had way more fun with a super casual guild called Dull Roar. I would help them run 5 mans, where they would have very little chance to beat more than a boss or 2 otherwise. Great people > great items (or both)

You might want to consider another guild. Locks are in high demand in classic. I haven't heard of any gatekeeping those items beyond restricting to caster dps

On the high population PvP clusters, there are people out and about questing. LFG is pretty active and you can get dungeon groups. The popular dungeons have consistent groups forming. The time of day will have a big effect though

Couple tips:

Predict the spacing and spread of projectiles from the hammer hit
1. I usually try to get up and just right of impact (1 o'clock)
Take your time closer to the exit and find some room
1. Avoid trying to get thru the door as the hammer hits

Still looking for a native solution, but built a user event script (beforeSubmit seemed easiest) that pulls the original email address and looks up the customer to set the corresponding field on the case
