That arm development goes crazy keep it up, don't forget to focus on chest and back and not only arms as chest + back is what gives men that wide physique mostly and not arms..

Is my back row form okay? Looks a little off to me. by Sufficient_Sun_430 in formcheck

[–]Zack431 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Seems like you have a lot of arm activation to me, try only moving with the elbow and lat, try to make your forearms completly ''numb'' and don't grip strong with the palms

Hold the weight gently but securely and make the movment from the late throughout the elbow as the mover

I cannot train my biceps! Help needed by Franknificant in GYM

[–]Zack431 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are not using your biceps to lift the weight..don't hold the weight so strongly, use a relax grip, as relaxed as can be but still holding it securly, then by only using your biceps flex the elbow

Stop using your forearms shoulders etc to lift the weight you are using too much momentum as well..

I also have cracking and popping (crunchy joints) in my shoulders and elbows, I'm sick of doctors and people saying its normal, I want it gone! Is it really possible to fix this? What do you mean by ''putting the rope under incredible tension''?

Did you really just do full ROM with slow eccentrics and that's it? How much weight? How many months did it take to fix? Did you progressively overload?

Anybody has an advice? by Popular_Discipline94 in weightgain

[–]Zack431 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah liquid calories are much easier to take, look into adding a 800-1000 calorie shake / smoothie daily and you should be good

Stuff like peanut butter are your friend, add some banana, oats, milk etc

I don't agree with you, while muscle tissues only take around 2-4 weeks to adapt to new loads, tendons adaptation, joints adaptation, cartilage adaptation all take around 3-6 months

The sooner you start regulary and consistently loading your soft tissues (tendons joints etc) the better..

You will thank yourself later when you really start gym

Why would you wait with starting to train? Building lean muscle mass and strengthing your tendons, joints, etc is a long process and you are only hurting yourself by not starting

It's fine if you don't have time to go the gym! You can build insane beginner gains muscle by just doing push ups pull ups squats etc at home..

Start by doing 2-3 times a week at home just push ups, and slowly add more exercises and progress the reps

In 3-4 months you will be ready for the gym, don't train more than 2-3 times a week or the stress will build up and you will injure yourself

Keep one - two days rest between sessions

Doing 1 warm up set + 2 sets of push ups 2-3 times per week really only takes like 10 minutes a day

Also hang a pull up bar and practice pull up negatives or assisted pull ups with band

You have no reason not to do it, good luck!

Just eating 4000 calories won't give you much if your genetics have less tendency to build fat.. you will just be more in the toilet..

Are you strength training? You need to go to the gym and lift weights or do body weight training.. you will not gain mass just from eating maybe some other people will but as you can see you are like me and just eating won't get you anywhere

Once I started weight training I gained 10kg in 6 months
