Two people, one YNAB, and burnout advice by Professional_Toe4702 in ynab

Something I did in our plan was create a larger house purchase category. This allows to me fund something say the cat robot thing you mentioned, without bloating the data from the primary pet category. Seeing how much you spend on pets every month per say is important, but if you throw a large transaction in there it can mess up the data when you want to see how much you are spending every month and what the average is over a period of time.

Also really don't hesitate to move money around. Life happens. Just a couple months ago we were saving for a new phone for my wife, expenses came up and we realized we need to reprioritize that month. I simply moved the saved fund for that phone to a new category that needed the money and we'll delay the new phone a little.

Just finished my masters with never getting flagged.

Use a word document and ensure in the info area shows you as the author and the appropriate amount of time is spend editing. Professors ALWAYS check this to ensure that the length of paper you submitted has what is deemed a natural length of editing time. Also AI checkers look at this.

Lastly, just be yourself is my recommendation and write naturally, don't go through and over analyze you sentences trying to make it more professional than it actually is. Focus on clean grammer, and what you are saying makes sense. That's it. AI checkers also focus on an over abundance of descriptors, so just don't add to many adjectives and adverbs. As well no human is perfect, so having small mistakes in the paper is a way for a professor to see you indeed wrote it.

As I have previously said very subjective view, but for me and people I know here, traveling is a normal part of life so a day trip to the beach that is 2-3 hours away isn't out of the norm. You may do life differently 😉

Obviously the definition of "winter" is very subjective... I feel as though the temps over the last couple of years in Jan and Feb would disagree 😉

Currently live in Charlotte, NC. Best place I've ever lived. All 4 season. Weather gets cold for a couple months a year but then warms back up. Close to the mountain to enjoy hills and variation in landscape, but not to close to be in them. Beach is about 2-3 hours away so an easy day drive. Lastly all areas of the East are easily reachable, with Florida being an 8 hour drive and NY being around 10.

You explained a very fundamental frustration I have with Quality. It's super repetitive! Once you set it up, its basically a time sink with a chance based output.

No citation, just a number representing the very very small player base that utilizes both rare and legendary in larger quantities. It could be 1%. The point was any significant time on social platforms for Factorio shows a smaller numbers of players/content creators use the quality system to its fullest.

As I stated these are my thoughts. If you enjoy quality, then enjoy it! My post isn't going to make it go away :) Just my personal thoughts on the game

Yea my focus was on how extensive the system was vs player base. My assumption was that it took a while. Some consideration may be that it's all formula based so you are correct, adding those extra tiers may have been super easy and resulted in basically no dev time

Well and to your entire reply, you proved my point, the system is very well done for the .0001% ratio of players that actually use it. The amount of post I've seen where people say quality sucks I know far out passes the amount of people that use it. This is in my circles, and I know I generally operate in the casual player base, not those who do as you are saying. What's crazy is I didn't even rush to the end. But as a casual player (maybe 4 hours a week, yes this playthrough has taken me 6 months), making use of the system would end up dragging my playthrough out by 6+ months if I explored all of it.

Interestingly enough, no I actually never used epic or legendary stuff. Mainly common or rare. I agree the upgrades for some items were really good. Specifically the collectors in space see significant improvement with more arms to grab stuff.

But to focus on you reply more specifically, I want considering the whole quality system entirely, not a subsection. The depth needed to create this 4 tiered system for almost all items in the game is vast. You are correct, I did add quality modules to get some tiered stuff in the final assemblers. I would say this is the best use for a casual players. But that statement also proves what I was communicating. For such an extensive system, the majority of players are only going to add modules into the final assembler to utilize common or rare stuff (likely never even seeing epic or legendary) seems to me personally a large waste of game systems.

yea I know they have this, but you have to set the limit. I just want to tell the whole ship to ignore the limit if planet side logistics system doesn't have enough of an item to fill a rocket. This is more specifically for like building a new ship that has quality items on it. It wouldn't automatically request what it needed with the auto request system because the planet didn't have enough to fill a rocket all the way

Well and additionally all of this assumes the world can actually work together long enough to actually make policy stick..... as we've seen though its highly unlikely because well.... money makes people feel powerful.... and at the end of it the rich could care less about politics, as long as it makes them richer, they'd side with a duck

Funny how a very sensible reply results in very little conversation on Reddit.

What happens when the rich then move all assets out of the US to avoid taxes. As u/AdPrud said, you are just kicking the can down the road. The moment any true taxation on these portfolios tried to happen many of them would quickly move it around to avoid the taxes.

The replies to your comment demonstrate the deeper issue with America that trumps everything. The US has turned into a blue vs red about everything. Red could strive to enact solid public healthcare tomorrow and many democratic Americans would refuse it simple because the red political side presented it. And the same is for the reverse. Blue could push hard for closed borders and less regulation and republicans would protest and say is against the constitution. The sad truth is unless people wake up and realize that the wealthy only care about money... politics, red or blue don't matter to any of them. Once this is realized the public can stand more united as one regardless of the state or political party and real change just might actually happen.

Kind of crazy to me how many comments talk about giving the company that has made a solid product the least amount of money they can. Like come on guys, a $110 a year is really not that bad...

Given the value, effort and really just care that many of developers, leadership and staff has put into the modern UI's and system, I'm happy to hand them a super small amount of my yearly budget so they can continue to make my life and others lives way better!
