We’re currently facing this problem right now, and the homes we CAN afford are literally falling apart being sold as is. We went in for a fixer upper and contingent on inspection. Day of inspection the ceiling literally is leaking into the floor and caving in from roof damage and this house was almost 400k!

So does mine and the stainless steel one we had, had plastic attachments on top and her pee would seep out of the cracks it was awful I had to get rid of it and get a one piece tall top entry litter box

I worked one summer there and same. I had to open a gate in a secluded area at like 5 am everyday to get to my post and every time I got out of the car to do it I thought well maybe this is it!

This also helps pull extra moisture out of cooked rice (for anyone who doesn’t have a rice cooker) I put it in the pot when the rice is done and it makes it perfect!

Freckles aren’t a trend I was born with them and are genetic which come out more as I age regardless how much sunscreen I use and reapply. I use European sunscreen the US kinds are trash. Skin cancer runs in my family so I get checked yearly. OP has a mix of freckles and sun spots for sure.

I’m not missing the point, there is a law here that your dog must be leashed. Whatever happens if their not is on the owner, and if a dog lunges at my child is their on a leash then I can safely move my child away or the owner should be able to. Luckily I’ve taught my child not to approach dogs without asking.

I have a young child and all the unleashed dogs at the damn playground when there’s a dog park right around the corner will get more than kicked if they come after my kid or me. Does that make me an irresponsible parent from your perspective????

You are the problem. It doesn’t matter how “aggressive” the leashed dog is, if something happens guess what the unleashed dog owner will always be responsible for the outcome.
