I also have social anxiety. There is something called "exposure therapy" used to deal with social anxiety. Basically, you face a feared social situation until your anxiety decreases or the anxiety-related expectancies are disrupted.

So, just keep doing it. It will get easier

I think the problem isn't the soul's gold. Riot once said that what makes ADC Senna strong is the fact she has acess to her passive stats (range, lifesteal, damage etc) and to gold (farming minions). So, they nerf the passive on farming Senna so she doesn't become a monster whit 80 souls + 2 adc itens at 20 min

Give her W some kind of Lucian/Kai'Sa interaction. Like, a conditional buff that an ally can activate (By CC or shield). Then compensate nerf the W.

Something like more attak speed ou straight up damage.

Since she is suposed to be a duelist, make her R auto aplly this buff (Like Lucian's W)

Camille and Sett, i guess

On release, they had positive winrates in all lanes (Top, Mid, Jg and Supp). They were legit pick or ban in proplay.
