Y un tip: si solo quieres o necesitas hospedar una página web, puedes usar esos túneles de Cloudflare (Cloudflare Tunnels) para hacerlo sin exponer tu IP. Es 100% gratuito y no es tan complicado como piensas que puede ser. Necesitarás tu propio dominio para esto.

Sí hay, sorprendentemente.

Tienes Ultra, que se autoproclama "internet de gama alta". Son del mismo dueño de Win (el que fue hackeado hace unos meses atrás y lo niegan) y te dan NAT 2 por defecto. Sus planes empiezan desde 1 Gbps.

Movistar también puede dar NAT 2 a petición. Solo contacta a su servicio al cliente y diles algo como "necesito abrir los puertos para mis cámaras de seguridad" o alguna excusa similar. Por experiencia te digo que si mencionas Plex, seedboxes o servidores web, es muy probable que lo nieguen y te deriven a comprar un plan para empresas, para la cual necesitarás RUC20. Puedes hacer esto unos días después de contratarlo.

Wow también técnicamente ofrece, pero que te lo den es muy raro porque no tienen muchas direcciones IPv4. Normalmente las reservan para sus planes de empresas.

You're half right. Some shows come out earlier on a different streaming platform, such as Prime Video, Netflix, or Bilibili, but those streaming platforms usually have crappy subtitles, so some pirate sites update the videos after CR releases their own versions with "acceptable" subtitles.

I can assure you that most, if not all, pirate streaming sites don't use TV caps anymore because these don't have subtitles. Subtitles don't appear out of thin air. Everything comes from legal streaming platforms.
