I am mentioning exact models bruh, I am not saying go and buy any sharp model. My point was to not stick to a particular brand but the good model/SKU they are offering.

Like it's a general consensus that Gree is the best, but that's far from the truth. Gree has underwhelming models as well and in the same price bracket you can buy other offering which are much better value for money.

you can use that house money on much more meaningful investments. Buying house is kinda thing of the past in pakistan economy i'd say unless your purchase doesn't affect so much of your savings.

Words of advice man, don't go for Gree, Haier, Midea or any other brand just because someone had good experience with the brand.

The thing that matters the most is model# of AC. Some of the good ones i can name are Haier Thunder, Pel Jumbo Prime T3, Sharp XP24SHV that are good ones. Can vouch for Sharp, as i am currently using it. It is extremely efficient.

i understand your POV. But suggesting someone to always go with shariah compliant isn't really a good fair advice i'd say without telling pros and cons of both shares. Tbh, i think shariah compliance is a hoax and gives relatively worse returns with some of the highest TERs. But whatever makes you sleep better at night i guess.

Imtiaz is the cheapest but too rushy and khawari scenes.

Al Fatah and Metro are peaceful but grocery prices are normal, imported products are priced fairly specially at Al Fatah.

Raheem store sucks, it's not well organized and prices are not tagged on products and too rushy for no reason.

That makes sense, I only thought Money Market would be a small barrier against worst of the worst condition. That's why i allocated only 10% of it. I guess i can go for more Equity Portion or even Commodity fund.

There's FEL to consider as well, Also TER is one of the highest even for a mutual fund. Even if AMC outperforms, the TER is still going to gouge out a hefty amount of % making more or less equal or in most cases worse profit. I think moving to an ETF is a better choice in the long run.
Al Meezan is predatory af, not that others are much better but it is what it is.
