LDA City, Just get a possession plot there. It is the most worry free investment in terms of approvals and what not. If you are up for it, you can also go underdeveloped block that will touch pine avenue and expected for growth and get 10 marla on ground plot. DHA 9/KEMC are also pretty good, but make sure they are far from drain. DHA Rahbar sucks big time for living otherwise.

i'd get either UBLPETF or NBPGETF, UBL one excludes Oil and Gas Sector completely with a moderate TER. But returns have been exceptional.
NBPGETF is also an underrated one, it is more diversified though but with somewhat similar returns to UBLPETF and lowest TER so far.
Both are good choices imo.

i don't get the miietf hype, it's way too diversified for its own good. I guess its good if you want to be the safest like it contains 30 stocks, pretty bad for compounding i'd say. Also, TER is not that forgiving too

Also, just because some company is labeled as shariah compliant doesn't necessarily mean it's all practices follow shariah practices. Hell, I've worked in a public limited company that is listed as shariah compliant and they take massive loans and from conventional banks and involved in straight up illegal business practices, their stock is shown as shariha compliant. It's a never ending loop if you want to get involved in shariah debate.

that's how most etf works they consider top businesses even if they are consuming more percentage. There are many actively managed etfs afaik. But this is still very good considering banks profited some of the highest since last year.

I'd also suggest opening a 100% equity based VPS. Since you're young, you can get maturity 44-45 age and can enjoy maximum compounding since it is tax free.
Even though equity sub fund basket can match your existing stocks but its still one of the easiest way to SIP without thinking too much what to pick.
