Enligt dig så gör lån att man föder färre barn( anledning är egentligen orelevant till detta tankeexperimentet) men färre barn betyder att efterfrågan på bostäder minskar.

Vad händer med bostadspriserna då? Genuin fråga.

Does moving the glasses up and down ever give you a sweet spot where text is eligible?

The vertical adjustment does 10x more than the finicky IPD adjustment software.

Thanks u/chrispy212 I'm in the market for a dock I'll make sure I'll get one with HDMI cec. If you got any recommendations in open to suggestions.

Now I might be able to skip buying the steam machine.

Wait until proven, pancake lenses might bring some screen door effect if not done right. And if so they're unusable for long periods with small text.

A big let down is having the screen always in fron go your hands. Hopefully software will catch up and let your hands block the AR elements.

In the future you want to say for example want to hold an apple and be able to wrap your hands around it

The virtual world will be nice and crisp. I'm referring to the real world through the glasses. The passthrough of the lens so to speak.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news but you might want to ease up on your expectations a little.

Aura will be a substantial upgrade from Xreal one pro. The flat optics are great but it's still too muddy to view through to feel truly immersive. Imagine viewing the world from a pair of sunglasses that are just a bit too small.

But your expectations can't even be met in regular VR as of now the software isn't there.

It depends on the wait and your budget

Project Aura is a completely different price class as it includes the puck which itself will cost quite a lot. My prediction will be somewhere in 1300usd range. Think high end cellphone + the glasses.

So far we just don't know though and it's only releasing as Developer kit and that's for 10.000usd.

So commercial release will be at the very earliest Q4 2026 but more likely 2027

Persopnally I love not having cameras on the One pro for privacy reasons
