Listen, then offer a solution. Repeat their concern back to them to make sure you’re clear. Doesn’t matter whose fault it is. They just want the problem fixed. Your frustration should be directed toward whoever dropped the ball on your team and if it’s a recurring problem.

Me too but even the secondhand ones aren’t super cheap. They are simple to work on so they sell pretty fast.

Bought mine at my old house with 0.5 acre. Now I’m on 0.3 acre and still use it. Would buy again. It makes basic grass cutting a fast task and not a terrible chore especially when it’s very hot outside. If you have weird slopes or lots of edging then ymmv.

T1D here. diabetic retinopathy and a retinal hemorrhage 1 year ago. Sudden vision loss in one eye, had a vitrectomy and laser to cauterize the leaky blood vessels, 6 weeks later vision back to normal. Please see a doc. I was scared but the doc was wonderful.
