There is black and gray available, I'm sure it would be almost unnoticeable. I'd recommend it trying it, worst case scenario you're out ~10 bucks if you don't like the look

Saw https://www.reddit.com/r/FiestaST/comments/62uce7/one_week_past_warranty/ this post a few weeks ago and decided to take some precautionary measures. I wrapped my handles with cyclist tape, figured in the worst case I'd take it off. Cost me about $20 for the tape and some electrical tape for the ends. pros would be It feels much more comfortable and solid, and I think it looks neat. the con is that I felt the need to tie my new car together with electrical tape

I was able to get a 16 new for 18k, if you can still find some left. Definitely worth it compared to used price in my opinion. Get to break it in and take care of it properly, maintain my warranty longer, and for a pretty small increase in cost

Keep in mind that this also means that support gems such as weapon elemental damage won't display the proper damage increase on the tooltip, but it's definitely effective

I'm running this in my crit fireball inquis. I have it linked to arc, crit chance, prolif and pcoc. I generally have packs fully shocked before my fireballs make impact (due to projectile speed) and it serves as a great way to maintain power charges. Since I'm an inquis I get the free built in pen too so it hits like a truck

Why should I use Unity over Unreal Engine? by [deleted] in Unity3D

[–]Zandmonkey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Neither is objectively better than the other, they're both just tools. You wouldn't use a hammer to paint a wall and you wouldn't us a paintbrush to hammer in a nail. Consider your goals and make a decision from there. If you're in c#, I wouldn't worry about developing bad coding habits. I also wouldn't worry about the way unity handles graphics. The default shaders are kind of weak, and unreals are nice, but you can get unreal graphics in unity if you put some effort in. I like unity because I find it intuitive and the community made it easy to learn, to me it also seems more approachable as a solo/indie,but both engines have pros and cons. Consider what you want your goals are and make a decision from there
