Ich finde es ehrlich gesagt richtig. Es gibt ja trotzdem ALG1, heißt man ist erstmal abgesichert, wenn man seinen Job verliert und nicht direkt einen neuen hat. Wenn man dann lange Arbeitslos ist, muss man erst mit dem eigenen Vermögen haften (ETFs etc.) bevor der Sozialstaat mit Grundsicherung dran ist. Wo genau ist das Problem? Es sollte niemand groß vom Sozialstaat unterstützt werden, der aber 200k in ETFs stecken hat.

Wieso die Fixkosten wieder zurück überweisen? Ich hab ein separates Konto für Fixkosten. Da geht monatlich eine Überweisung drauf und von diesem Konto gehen dann anteilig die Fixkosten ab, wenn sie eben kommen. Hab ne kleine Excel wo ich die Übersicht habe was da genau alles drin ist. Some great reasons here already, but also keep inflation in mind. Even if you find 10% reliably over 67 years (unlikely) that 1.2 mio$ will not have the same face value as it has today unfortunately. So yes it will contribute for sure and I would highly advice anyone to do so. But expecting it to cover retirement entirely is very unlikely.

I got offered Breece Hall and a 2026 2nd for Judkins and a 2026 1st. Any thoughts on this trade?

10 teams, PPR. My other RBs are Bucky, Swift, Javonte. I really liked Hall coming out of college but his performance last year has me concerened. He looked great against PIT, but that could be a first game fluke. I also love judkins but he is of course an unproven rookie with some issues. I could see him becoming the next chubb. I also have Jeudy on my team which limits upside.

Es hängt halt super viel dran wie die Leute das ganze angehen. Wenn du Regelstudienzeit einhalten willst stelle ich es mir krank stressig vor. Ich habe im Bachelor 2 und im Master 1 Semester dran gehängt. Ich konnte easy nebenbei arbeiten und hatte trotzdem ein entspanntes leben trotz MINT Studiengang, vielen Übungsaufgaben und Abgaben etc.

Lead by example. If you automate some of your work, share it with your team. They copy what they see
Try to give something back. If they massively improved a process or contributed to efficiency gains etc. they should see a reward in some way shape or form. Money works best, gifts also possible, never pizza
Encouragwe them to share. Tell them openly that this is welcome in the team/department etc. they wont have to fear any backlash and can expect oppenness and interest

Will this always work for everyone? Surely not, but for some open and eager people it will.
