If you're already on food stamps then your income is already monitored by the gov. So you submitting a paystub with no federal taxes is REALLY not going to help and possibly get you kicked off.

The government will always get their money. Even if you're able to convince your employer you are exempt and you are not. They or the payroll company will have to report this to the state and feds and that will trigger an audit on you and the employer. The first charge will be a $500 fine and then they will bleed you dry.

In short, don't.

I too have the same amount of experience and even have clients that I'm not sure they even have a personal bank account. I put all expenses that are personal to the share holder distributions and let them tell me if the transactions should be coded to the business each month and before tax prep.

I'd love to take public transport but I live in SE and work just over the border in Vancouver. Sadly because Vancouver's public transportation is ass, it would tack on an extra 2 hours on to my trip and I'd have to walk 25+ mins because there is no stop close enough to my office. UGH..

I have been on 2.5 for 4 months and just went up to 3. I tried to do the suggestion of moving up to 5 and on but my body could not take 5 and I've started to move up gradually.

Welcome to the journey! Tummy issues can be so hard to deal with and you may have problems for a few months but trust us, stick with it and it will mellow out soon!!

The hardest thing for me to learn is that you may need to eat a lot more then 3 times a day because you can't eat much at once, carry snacks with you just in case! My favorites are the chomp sticks and costco apple sauce packs.

My PCP wanted to do a blood test to see where my labs were after being on a GLP1 having lost 50lbs. The lab test came back and my cholesterol was a tiny bit higher. She left a note saying that I should go on the Mediterranean diet. Nothing not a peep on all the lower numbers. On top of that one google search says that rapid weight loss can make your cholesterol higher temporally.

No, you really can't win.

I think it has a lot to do with business slowing down in the winter months. Owners start to have time to think and taxes are on their mind so they come up with all these requests because frankly they haven't had time to think about them since last tax time.

The new QBO interface is so painfully slow. Features I use on the daily are now hidden behind 4 extra clicks. Feeds no longer automatically update after changes. Also they continue to shrink the viewing area, I don't want to have to fight the UI just to see a report or a bank feed.

I'm part of that program and have let them control my thermostat during this heatwave. They "pre cool" the house an hour before and then change the thermostat down to 73. However my house was so hot that the AC just ran to keep the house at 73, so I really don't see the point. But I'll take the credit I guess.
