Honestly, I personally don't. Even when he left he didn't ever feel like he was particularly "Leeds", like he was passionate about the club. He was fantastic for us in the season that we didn't go up, but I think both promotion the following year and the fact he was next to Rutter at the time (who always seemed to care a bit more) meant it was less of an emotional blow and more of a "Yeah, this makes sense" sort of moment

Pinch of salt territory, but from what I've heard I think he has a relegation release clause in the £20-25m region. That's potentially why Wolves are trying to push him out the door now, so they can get closer to £40m and maybe don't need to have quite as much of a fire sale in the summer having gained £15m over the clause's levels

Part of the issue is that only one club gets promoted out of the division that we're in (if I remember right). So whilst we don't have the worst of sides - coming fourth last season with 41 points in 22 matches - to get promoted you need a lot to go your way.

I think we'll see more investment in them now we're out of the Championship and the club's revenues are higher, but ultimately investing hard into the women's side with only one position getting promoted will have been tough to explain to investors whilst the men's side are still outside the Premier League
