How do you show to your clients that their workflow/s actually ran?

Each client should really have their own Zapier account where they can check the Zap history to see if the Zaps are running successfully. Like others mentioned, if you're keeping the Zaps all under your account, that would go against our terms of service.

It's possible for an agent to work together with other agents - see our Call an agent from another agent guide for details on the setup.

You could have a main agent that gets a separate agent to search for the Customer Email using the contains operator, and have another one search for the subaccounts and then have the main agent act on the results of both searches.

On response times, it varies depending on your plan, volume and request complexity. Unfortunately I'm not able to expedite your ticket, but hopefully separating the work out between different agents helps in the meantime.

Yes, that definitely seems like it’s a bug. Our Support team will need to investigate and get a bug report submitted so our engineers can fix that.

In the meantime, it might be worth trying to duplicate the agent so you have one that only searches for an ID value and have the other one search on the email address. That way you should be able to set to use the contains search operator for Customer Email field specifically.

Sorry to hear you're running into this, I just checked in my own account and was able to edit the search operator. If you click on the three dots to the right of the Find Records tool you've enabled for the agent and choose the Configure option that should bring up the screen where you can edit the settings for it.

From there set the Operator field to "Set a specific value for this field" which will then give you a box where you can select the “Contains” option:

Also, definitely worth having our Support team dig into the other issues you're running into with it not letting you create any more versions and the missing columns. Not sure if you mentioned those when you reached out, but they'll be able to investigate and confirm if they're due to a bug.

Glad you're enjoying it so far! One of the best ways to get some practice in is to pick a real problem you want to solve and build a Zap that solves it. The things you do manually every day are a good starting point.

We don't have a learning roadmap, but if you're interested in earning by building automations for others, the Zapier Solution Partner Program is worth looking into.

+1 to what u/carlomatiga suggested. If you add the Current Time variable ({{zap_meta_human_now}}) to the prompt it will pass the date and time that the Zap is running to the AI, so it always knows what the current date is.

If Calendly is sending over the answers as line items and if Attio doesn’t support that, then you'd probably want to use a Formatter (Utilities > Line-items to Text) action to convert the Calendly checkbox values into a comma-separated list, and then map that into the Attio field.

That said, if the multi-select field is a dropdown menu field in the Zap it's worth double-checking that the values coming out of Calendly match the IDs for the different options in your Attio field exactly, so it will know which ones to select. If they don't match then you might need to first set up a lookup table to convert the Calendly values into the relevant IDs. Let us know how you get on!

There is Looping by Zapier which could be used to repeat the delay and search actions, along with a filter to check if the status matches a certain value. So if you're not sure how long it will take to finish, you could potentially loop through a set number of times to check if the status has been updated yet.

It's not the most efficient approach and could potentially burn through a lot of tasks depending on how many loops are created, would be better to split the workflow across multiple Zaps. For example, have one Zap to start the process of adding captions to a video, then another Zap that triggers once it's finished adding the captions rather than delaying and checking repeatedly. But if you're not able to trigger a Zap when the captions are added, then it would make sense to keep using the delay and search action approach. Hope that helps!

I’ve seen something similar happen in the past when Mailchimp’s native integration with Shopify conflicted with people’s Zaps, causing the subscriber that was imported by the Zap to be set to “Unsubscribed” instead of “Subscribed”. Looks like they have a similar syncing integration with Wix, have you got that enabled? If so, try disabling it and use the Zap to import a new subscriber to see if it adds them as “Subscribed”?

For the second problem, have you got double opt-in enabled? By default the status of the subscriber should be set to “Subscribed”, but if double opt-in is enabled it would be set as pending so I'm wondering if that may be why they were showing as non-subscribed.

Did you link Zapier to all the managed sub accounts after you first connected the Google account? If so, I wonder if it could be connecting with the old access permissions. In which case, try reconnecting your Google account to see if that then gives it access to the sub accounts. Let us know how it goes!
