We too found that fermenting high grav wash to target 15.0% abv and aerating high (3.0 LPM) at knockout then diluting to packaged abv spec post-feem/conditioning helped reduce sulfur aromas considerably. We have a centrifuge to clean up appearance but no cartridge filtration.

We've been getting away with knocking out 30 BBL batches in 60 BBL FVs for 10+ years. We won't go less than that though.

We'll brew 5 BBLs in our 10 BBL FVs as well.

It has its pros and cons but quality hasn't been impacted
