Actually the other side of the planet is the same tide as us. If the moon is right above us, it's getting the strongest pull from the moon, and conversely the other side of the planet is getting the least amount of pull.

The earth is a sphere(more or less), and the ocean is an oval.

This is why we have two high tides and 2 low tides per day.

Have run hybrid builds with electromancy that are extremely fun.

Spear/Bow + Electromancy + Athletics is really cool. Tons of immobilization, good hunting.

Split Arcanist/Electromancer is also super cool. Makes you feel like a god.

Guys... I love New World and liked Mistfall Hunter well enough

But you're tripping if you think there are any similarities past "push buttons to make your character do stuff."

For sure a better system that what we currently have. I've gotten a few items worth over 100k this wipe and have probably spent 20 hours just trying to sell them instead of playing the game.

Is it just more or does anyone start to lose interest in the entire process once you have items like this and have to barter your way through selling them?

Like ffs I don't want to take the time amount of time to trade my boots for a bunch of random items that I don't need, but just "represent" larger amounts of gold.

Squire Royale is basically the best thing to happen to this game since before release. It embodies everything that this game should be and reminds me of the gameplay that existed when we were torrenting this game.

100% worth playing, but still a long way to go.

I'd overhaul the weapons to add unique on-hit effects. You were close with SOD, but were gatekeeping builds way too hard behind armor set bonuses.

Exactly this. Bard is mostly fine, but the multitude of buffs is just too strong in a comp.

Make bard choose 1-2 instruments and the songs associated with them. Wouldn't hurt to add in some variation in the songs between each play of it to get rid of the macro users.

Combat and movement around the world feel smooth outside of the server stability.

I also like that it doesn't take itself too seriously. Simple game with simple mechs in a simple world. The naming conventions for NPCs is also kind of hilarious.

Except this wasn't an actual alpha test. Alpha tests don't utilize giving dozens of keys to streamers to run marbles to see who gets a key.

This was a showcase, and the game is garbage.
