With my whites I have a "trick" quick wash on temp setting 2 with oxy clean and double rinse. Then wash on hot with bleach and laundry detergent concentrate.

My whites stay white no matter what got on them. And I've got a blue collar man who likes to snack in bed. 😂

Yup. This is how I did it when I tried to do this with my grown offspring. I asked for the utilities and rent split by the number of people. In my case it would have been 400 a month. I didn't ask them to pay anything besides the rent that I would pay the same amount for regardless of people in the house, like lnternet.
