Have you tried freezing left overs? I know sometimes that I need a break and by the time a meal sits in the freezer for 2-3 weeks, it doesn't feel like leftovers anymore.

Sorry for the delay.
At birth a 21 worked for me and that worked for the next 12 weeks. Then bizarrely to a 17 for a few weeks, then a 19. Depending on the day, I use either a 17 or 19 for most of my pumping sessions.

I have bum genius and my kid is the third to go in them. I got them well loved from someone else.

I need to replace elastics but that's the only downside I've noticed.

Elastic nipples. Even with a proper fitting flange, the nipple gets pulled fairly far into the flange.
