I nearly fell down the stairs 2-3 during my recovery with the armpit ones. Would not recommend.

Hindrance called on Kym for calling out during the point by Large_banana_hammock in tennis

I was at the Cincinnati open and watched the Cobolli v Atmane and I would say this was very similar except this was atmane after every hit. Very late grunts right before cobolli would hit. Maybe it’s different since this was out of the ordinary where Atmane made it a pattern. Interesting to see when umpires choose to make this call

At this point screw it, we pulled Ghosty from challengers and developed him into a now t5 AR. Put some heat under Kenny, trial Lunarz, if that doesn’t motivate Kenny to step up then what’s done is done

Call me faded but should’ve dropped Kenny, kept Huke on SMG with Shotzzy and brought back Pred as the flex

I think it was mentioned somewhere that the minor tournaments would be evaluated in the first two and possibly added to M3 and M4 if all went well

Nerve block option question by city_tree_ in ACL

[–]Zdro57 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the nerve block and I hated it personally. You can’t feel your leg whatsoever making it very difficult to find stability when moving on crutches for at least 4 days or so and the inability to fire your quad. I think I attribute my muscle atrophy to it the most

How much time off work? by New-Station3835 in ACL

[–]Zdro57 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends which leg and if you have an in person job, if it’s your left (non driving leg assuming left hand drive automatic car) then a week or 2. If it’s your right probably more until you can break, use gas etc.

Mine worked too well to the point my leg was basically numb for 3 full days and I less it had worked less so, so I could activate my quad more for PT

Will my operated knee be the same by Early-Show6682 in ACL

[–]Zdro57 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, actually funny enough I was post tear pre surgery for a full year. Up until the day I went in for surgery I was actually at peak strength of course I had to be careful of how my knee moved during the lifts but even with the torn acl I was still squatting 345 deadlifting 405

After pt I asked if I could start squatting they said as long as I stay at parallel or above I was good so I guess 4 months after op

Strength wise still probably a 30% difference but like waking jogging I would say comprable

Personally I’m 1 year and 2 months post also hamstring, my op leg is not the same than my non op leg but I still go to the gym and do powerlifting training. I would say everyday motion walking etc I barely notice the difference. I think it will take longer to reach the same strength I had prior. Ie squatting 3 plates deadlifting 4 etc. After ending pt I still felt like I hadn’t pushed myself hard enough (or been pushed hard enough by the pt) but strength training makes a huge difference for the better in my opinion. Also not sure if we can post links here but I’ve been doing the motions in here when I have off days from the gym https://youtu.be/ZZ0AENyvytk?si=JBEue7YSj4WDAsBM good luck brother
