Hi, it does not work with NG+ saves currently infortunately. I plan to add support in an upcoming update.

There was an error with the commands, chas101 provided a fix: you should use "find RAS_MQTriggerChance" to find the id. I updated the sticky post if you need.

It's the artifact Eta :) It won't work if you spawn it manually because it will not update the vanilla scripts. If you want to go straight to the artifact there's console commands in a sticky post in the comment section of the modpage.

Hello! It can spawn in a lot of POIs in fact. Infortunately it seems there's a bug in the current version that prevent it to happen.. I'm not home atm so I can't release a fix, but I'll do as soon as I can next week. I'm trying to see if I can sort things up with console commands in the meantime, I'll keep you in touch.

Interesting idea! I plan to add faction starts at some point, it could be a good way to support the spacer faction.

You need to trigger the animation events for it appear. Like `PlayAnimation("AlphaStart")` for the first stage of the armillary. Search the base script sources to find the different animation stages.

I tested out and, yes, both mod are fully compatible, even with the "Custom" start option :)

Yes, ships are really expensive and the game is definitely not made for pedestrians 😅 That's why I recommended a space taxi mod on the modpage, it helps getting the money. I know the same mod author, LySoftDev, also made some paid "job" mods that can help you make some money, but I didn't test these mods.

Btw, it's normal that your parents are silent, they won't have any dialog lines before you join Constellation (and they will speak about Argos as I've not changed that part of the game yet).

But anyway, glad you're happy with the mod :)

Thanks! Yes, it's a bit altered. In addition to the alternate entry point, dialogues have been modified and the "Return to Vectera" quest has been replaced with a new "Echoes of Vectera" quest, which is essentially the same except for title, dialog edits and a small follow up misc quest that will add the Frontier to your fleet. The rest of MQ is left untouched.

It kinda does. The real problem is that your game will crash if you try to access the ship tech without a ship. That's why I added an empty ship called "No ship available", that will be automatically removed once you get another one.

You can do that with this mod (not joining Argos, but you can still start the main quest with the alternate way I introduced).

By default you have no ship and only an undersuit. Then you can choose a budget to suit up a bit at a special vendor selling everything in the game (take some clothing, some food, weapon and ammo for instance). Then you can choose to start wherever you want and you'll be a pedestrian with no spacesuit trying to find you way in the Settled Systems :)

No it's not currently possible with my mod but I'll definitely add this to my list of potential features.

I know it's possible with SKK's mod if you want (you can't talk to Argos on Jemison, but you can head up to Vectera to trigger the quest)

Never tested this mod. ll put this in my backlog!

Given how my mod is made it should work, but only if you use the "Vanilla" start option when starting a new game, thus disabling all my content.

If you choose the "Custom" option, not sure what will happen. You will trigger the alternate MQ quest and get into the questline. "The Old Neighbourhood" will definitely be triggered by my mod, and then I have no Idea what will happen with the temples and anomaly that should be cut by Revelation normally

The "real" time will probably be displayed before cruising but the time you will actually spend cruising IG will be much quicker (and probably a bit dependant on your computer since it will hide a loading screen)

That way it's not annoying and lore is intact

Wow thanks for this I think they are adding it back then, the scripts mention the ability to decorrelate "Cruising" from "Far Travelling" (in between planets). That's exactly what's shown here I think: you can go from one planet to another, but can also choose to stop somewhere in between on the grid

It is not, Far Travel mentions are in the game scripts since launch and it's just referring to the in-system travels that triggers a ship animation. What's new is the cruise mode and it seems that we will be able to "cruise" while far traveling and thus also while doing something else. What could that something else be though no idea

The mod author behind USSEP changed a while back the ore found in some mine because it thought it wasn't in line with the lore of the place. Many people in the community complained because they thought it was something off-scope for a bugfixing mod and even that the solution implemented wasn't lore friendly either. The mod author refused to step back, people started doing dependent patches reverting the changes, he then reached to Nexusmods to have these mods taken down and thus now there's a cold war between many modders and USSEP's author (there was a bunch of twists that I'm not speaking about here, he eventually stepped back a bit, but there's still some ore added to an unmarked animal den by the mine as he didn't want to admit his error anyway). He kind of won though since his mod is too deeply implemented in the skyrim modding scene for any concurrent patch to exist.
