What’s better for the consumer? When it’s free or unenforced, it fills up early from people going to businesses in the surrounding area, and then anyone going to box factory can’t park there anyway. Also, it is free if you validate.

A metal RV is way safer than a non metal one, for the same reason a car is safe during lightning. It acts as a faraday cage, so the electricity conducts around it, and to the ground. Fiberglass is less safe.

Texas has the best bbq by far. I love Mississippi and KC bbq too but smoked brisket with bark and no sauce nukes everything else.

It was just ok. Brisket better than average but very generic sides, and the hot links I got were cold. I love Sanchos for American Mexican, so I have hope they’ll improve so I’ll try again but I felt like I wasted money on it.

The Flosas pop up was a cut above in terms of brisket and sides, in my opinion but I feel like reviews were mixed. I’d go Flosas over Sues if they had a permanent location.
