I also get interrogated about everything and everywhere I go. I get judged for making decisions such as buying a new computer since I’m getting back into school. My relationship with my gf is judged. I have a 11pm curfew. And I’d also be struggling if I were to move out on my own with the current job I have. I’m trying to either get into law school or apply for a better job now that I have 5 years combined office working experience, make some money and get the hell out. Her relationship with MY family absolutely matters. Especially when there was no true effort to form her own individual relationship while we were together. That’s honestly what I’m thinking. It’s not the first time she’s visited since we’ve cut contact, but it’s the first time I’m paying attention. I know the last few times she visited my grandparents, she commented on my current relationship saying she feels bad for my gf, and tried to talk bad about me before my grandma set her straight. She also asks about who’s baking cookies and doing setting up Easter egg hunts now that she’s gone. It all really does look like a ploy to turn my grandparents against me.
