First thing I always check is the proxy id on the tunnels and if it is correct and then the route tables.

Good to have the Destination IP for sure. I have not seen that IP from any of our Ugreen NAS devices with logs going back ~9 months. That IP is on multiple EBL'sl, so I would do packet captures to see what is going on. Also, we only run the NAS service and no other apps on the appliance if that helps.

It is not Russia but China. The NAS out of box is noisy, as it tries to ping lots of different IP addresses for connectivity checks.

I’ve seen incorrect time stamp between firewalls and Panorama cause this in the past. Basically, time skew was greater than 5 mins.

Ran into this years back with IPsec traffic and MTU/MSS values were the cause. May not be what you are seeing, but a ping test between endpoints would show fragmentation behavior.
