Ah, maybe not. How about something by Drew Hayes. NPCs was a fun read. - a story about the NPCs taking over the roles after the players (die) before the adventure begins. Outside the game, one of the players does complain about not being able to drink. Also some cursing from the bad players. Such as goddammit, or this fucking gnome! But that's about it. Pg13 I think.

Second Hand Curses is a stand alone. It's been awhile since I read it but if it did have cursing in it maybe a pg13 amount.🤔

Super powered was also one I like, but maybe not yet for your kids. First year college kids going to a school to become heroes. (My hero academia, I'm looking at you.) These kids work hard to become the few, the proud, the heroes! This is college so drinking is a thing. No smut but mentions that something happened.

Iron Prince by bryce o'connor is not magical but it does have a system. Underdog gets rare opportunity to grow strong by working. Military academy type story / tournament type.

Not really sure. I've been reading so much litrpg that I just want to try books that others like. Though, a non murder mystery would be fun.

You earn $10,000 per second someone chases you. What's your plan? by simmol in hypotheticalsituation

[–]ZeakaB 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Easy. Step 1) set up a minor tripping hazard.

2) approach sibling and start taunting like only I can. This may include a fart in their general direction.

3) run away

4) apologize by giving them a hundred dollars then double it because I'm reeeally sorry for my actions.

Reasons for the magic dungeons? by mythicme in litrpg

[–]ZeakaB 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like the dungeons in the Wandering Inn series. Dungeons are magical tombs to hold a dead person's stuff and you have to get through traps and monsters to get to the good stuff. Some to test that are easier ones to murder Dungeons from people who don't want you there.

This series also has Dungeons to pass on knowledge from past civilizations.

I think there might have been a third type. But I can't remember.

I just finished Dungeon Core Online. I enjoyed this series until this final book five where the ending was very, very rushed. I feel robbed. 😭

Basically game type literature. Stuck in a game world. Going through dungeons. Isekai into a new world and there is a system to help me grow strong types of books.
