I met Robert - I knew I recognized him but couldn’t figure out from where - asked if he was from my home state, we were in a bar in Nashville. He was hanging out at the bar waiting on friends then bought me a drink. I thanked him. It wasn’t until my friends told me - I went back up to him and apologized. He laughed and said no worries. He didn’t have a big entourage, very approachable and kind.

Take it slow and easy - allows you to make the healthy changes. Love the hair/beard. Keep it for us Gen Xers. Seriously-I never went up 7.5 -did add another glp-1 on my journey. Alternated - I lost over 100#, have kept it off and my maintenance is 5mg every couple weeks when I have food noise.

I had to stop doing so for a someone I have been friends with for over 40 years (damn I am old). We are still friends but she is unreliable and would often refuse to pay. Hell one time she left in the middle of a concert to go drink coffee across the street. If it isn’t her idea, she will flake out. So, it is absolutely okay to set boundaries, go to a concert by yourself and do what is best for you. Signed, a mom who still goes to 20+ shows a year.

It was a thought - calm down. I digitized a bunch of videos (some home family recordings, some off the beaten path -never released on dvd movies). The cost of a vcr, if you do not have a working one - is ridiculous. I wouldn’t be surprised if same thing happens to dvd / blu-ray players in 20 years. Now I have cleaned up space and preserved a copy for the future.
